Exploring Bangkok- Somboon Seafood & Mr Jones Orphanage (1 Sep 2013)

Today early in the morning we went to Dean & Deluca at Chong Nonsi to eat breakfast together with my family before 4 of us start our shopping journey at Chatuchak. I am delighted to have this combined breakfast session as it is so enjoyable to have family and friend together at the same time.

My good friends have really enjoyed their breakfast and almost finished the food (they are small eater).

 all day breakfast
please order this American Breakfast, super yummy
Mexican Breakfast, taste not bad..

After Chatuchak, we went to Somboon Seafood (Bantadthong Branch) , is a walking distance from MBK, guided by Kelvin so we gals just follow. There are a lot of deserted shop house along the way so we thought Kelvin is selling us off. I have tried the black pepper so this time we tried the fried curry crab, it taste yummy. We have order other dishes like the steam prawn with garlic, grilled fish coated with salt, fresh oyster and fried morning glory with chilli paste. The food never disappointed to us.

Exploring Bangkok- I Residence Silom & Somboon Seafood (Surawong branch) near Chong Nonsi (30 Aug 2013)

After Kanchanaburi, we went to Bangkok for some shopping spree at Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market and Chatuchak together with my sister who joined us at Bangkok.

We stayed at I Residence Hotel beside Chong Nonsi BTS, the hotel is reasonably clean and staff are friendly. The hotel in the CBD area, you will see a lot of office people in the morning and evening. There is a lot a lot of street stall for your selection for breakfast and lunch. There is a small cafe call Chocolate Tales, the food is nice and environment is cosy. Please note that it open from 10am till 6pm (Mon-Fri) and 10am til 4pm (Sat).

We decided to go to Somboon Seafood (Surawong branch) for dinner today as my parents love seafood a lot. Although they love seafood but have to control them as they have high cholesterol.

The environment there is very clean and the food is fresh and a-roy (tasty). Please order the roasted crab with glass noodle and the fish in thai sauce because it is so tasty.

Please do not go to the wrong seafood restaurant, heard there is other similar seafood restaurants (SomboonD and etc).
